SALES POLICY |
| Serious Inquiries:
I love to talk bunny and discuss Holland Lops with anyone. However, if you are inquiring about a sale rabbit, please include the following information in your email (this will help us both): Your Name Where you are located The amount of money you are wanting to spend What you are looking for (the more specific you can be the better, please specify if you are seeking show or brood quality, juniors or seniors, color preferences as well as any specific traits you are seeking) |
| Right to Refuse Sale:
I reserve the right to refuse sale of any rabbit to anyone, for any reason, at anytime |
| Pricing:
Holland Lop prices will vary depending on the quality of the rabbit as well as bloodlines. Any rabbit sold as show or brood quality will come with a pedigree as well any grand champion legs, registration certificates or grand champion certificates earned. All pedigrees will be provided after the rabbit is paid in full. Prices are subject to change at anytime according to the development of the rabbit. |
| Non-refundable Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required to hold any sale rabbit. Prior to sending a deposit, please be sure that you do in fact have every intention to purchase the rabbit. Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable and if you change your mind after you send your deposit- you will not receive your deposit back. I will only refund the deposit if something happens to the rabbit before it changes ownership to you |
| Acceptable Forms of Payment:
I only accept payment by money order or Paypal Special Paypal information ... Prior to sending a payment via paypal, please contact me to ensure that the rabbit is still available and to receive additional instructions. Although I love Paypal- it can become challenging to quickly and efficiently receive money back from Paypal in the case that the animal you are seeking is sold and I need to refund your money. I want to make sure that the sales transaction is smooth for everyone. You don't need an account to use Paypal Paypal allows you to pay instantly with a credit card or bank account If using Paypal, please add 3% extra to cover the fees associated with using this service (this is Paypal’s fee not mine). |
| Shipping/Delivery:
We are willing to ship our Holland Lops. However, I live almost 200 miles from Denver International Airport. In order to ship rabbits, buyers must purchase at least $400 in Holland Lops and be responsible for covering the additional expenses of health certificates, shipping carriers, feed/water cups, as well as my parent’s roundtrip gas expenses (based on current gas prices the fee is $50) to travel to the airport. With a deposit, I will deliver rabbits to any shows I will be attending, free of charge. I do plan on attending the HLRSC Nationals and ARBA National Convention in 2011. |
| Name Policy:
All rabbits offered for sale will have the “Xcaliber’s” prefix as part of their name. All sale rabbits have already been named, tattooed and entered in our record system. Under no circumstance is it acceptable for the name of one of my rabbits to be altered. Any rabbit sold must retain both its original “Xcaliber’s” prefix and the exact name I provided. |
